The RDS-32 Survey Meters are compact, handheld, battery-operated radiation survey instruments designed for a wide range of applications, including civil defense, industrial use, nuclear power plants, and laboratories. Thanks to their versatility and rugged design, these meters are suitable for both everyday and demanding environments.
The RDS-32 features excellent ergonomics, making it lightweight and easy to handle. The meter offers visual, audible, and vibration alarms to alert users in varying conditions, and it includes a belt clip to allow hands-free operation, enhancing user convenience.
Equipped with Warning and Alarm levels, the RDS-32 notifies users when radiation levels approach pre-set limits, enabling them to focus on their tasks without constantly monitoring the meter.
To further enhance the functionality of the RDS-32, a variety of external Smart probes can be connected to the device. The RDS-32 supports GMP-12 and GMP-25 probes as well as the full range of CSP™ probes, which offer capabilities for gamma and neutron dose rate measurements, as well as alpha and beta contamination detection. These probes come with various detection areas and scaler counting options, making the RDS-32 adaptable for a wide array of radiation monitoring needs.
